Practice Structure
Practices will focus on individual skill development, small games, and team play. Sessions will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings at the Karigon Fields (Field 1). We may set up a couple of scrimmages based on other programs' schedules. We are keeping this session affordable and will not be ordering uniforms, but we will have extra pinnies for those who may need them.

All club members must have an active membership with USA Lacrosse to participate. Please ensure your registration is up to date before signing up for Shen Lacrosse.
USA Lacrosse Membership - $35 annual fee.

Equipment
Full equipment is required for all participants:
- Stick
- Goggles
- Mouth Guard
